Delete a KhmerLens Account and Data
Delete from the app
- Open KhmerLens and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Open Settings, then Privacy Settings.
- Select Delete All Local Data.
- Review the warning, complete reauthentication when requested, and confirm deletion.
What is deleted
- Your Firebase Authentication account.
- User-scoped profile, quota, and cloud-processing records.
- User-scoped files stored for cloud processing or conversion.
- Local documents, scanned images, OCR text, metadata, search records, caches, temporary files, and locally stored credentials.
What may be retained
Aggregated or de-identified analytics, advertising, crash, diagnostic, fraud-prevention, and security records may remain under Google service-retention policies or where retention is legally required. Files you intentionally exported or copied to another service, such as Google Drive, are controlled by that service and are not deleted from it when you delete KhmerLens.
Request deletion without the app
If you cannot access the in-app deletion flow, email khiev.sokpirun999@gmail.com with the subject KhmerLens account deletion request. Send the request from the email associated with your KhmerLens sign-in when possible. Do not attach documents, scans, passwords, or identity documents.
We may ask for limited information necessary to verify account ownership. Verified requests will be processed within the period required by applicable law.
Anonymous accounts
Anonymous accounts can be deleted through the same in-app flow without provider reauthentication. Anonymous accounts inactive for 60 days may also be removed automatically.
